FRCPath in Haematology

Our solicitors are successful in drafting appeals against attempts by doctors at the Part 1 and Part 2 Examinations for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists exams in Haematology (“FRCPath in Haematology”) to achieve the FRCPath in Haematology. It is mandatory that you would have completed the examinations for MRCP(UK) (or equivalent) prior to attempting the FRCPath examinations in Haematology. Our lawyers will advise and assist you with your appeal if you believe that the decision was biased or discriminatory or there was substantial procedural irregularity based on our knowledge of the Haematology Training Curriculum and the Gold Guide. If you were to appeal the examination results, a lawyer will accompany or represent you at your panel hearing.

FRCPath

Our appeal lawyers are familiar with the regulations, curricula and guidance for a range of medical, clinical scientist and veterinary pathology specialties and will draft your appeal if you have failed any parts of your specialty exams to achieve FRCPath or Diploma and Certificate examinations across pathology specialties.

FRCS (College)

Our appeal lawyers have sound knowledge of the examination regulations and syllabus and have successfully drafted appeals against attempts by doctors at the section 1 and section 2 of the Joint Surgical Colleges’ Fellowship Examination (JSCFE) and will assist you in drafting your appeal against your results in order to be awarded the international qualification FRCS (College) whether your specialty is:

  • Cardiothoracic
