5 Stars Field Disposals Limited

 

Field are a MoD contractor company with a £20m turnover in 2012. Field only use one firm of solicitors for all contractual and business needs. We at Field had a specific problem in 2006 and the firm of solicitors we used at the time were consulted, all four directors agreed that the grasp of the situation was not 100%. RT Coopers were recommended and a meeting was hastily arranged, I must say from the outset Coopers had full understanding and particularly Rosanna Cooper who has vast cross section experience throughout the business world and RT Coopers were engaged.  

In 2010, Field were awarded a new MoD contract worth £75m over five years, of course there were TUPE implications, we transferred a number of staff and were forced to make a number of staff redundant.

A problem occurred and we were taken to the tribunal, RT Coopers represented us at tribunal and a settlement which suited all parties was reached under compromise using RT Cooper’s experience and knowledge. The benefits from using RT Cooper’s is their in depth knowledge of every aspect of business, over the years I have served them a few curved balls and they have taken them in their stride and dealt with them for me.
