New Anti Discrimination Regulations: December 2003


Under the new Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 and the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, it is now unlawful for employers to harass a person on the grounds of his or her sexual orientation, religion or religious beliefs.
