Third year medical student withdrawn from program- failed resit - held consultation with PS via audio to particularise the grounds of appeal - RT Coopers then drafted detailed academic appeal on grounds of procedural irregularities and mitigating circumstances requesting permission from the university to allow PS to re-enrol on the program - university outside of the UK - appeal successful - first successful appeal in the history of this university

'I would give Dr. Cooper more than five stars for her tenacious effort, advice and help during my case. She works extremely hard and puts all her efforts towards analysing the case. When I faced probably the most difficult academic situation, Dr. Cooper was there to rely on for strength and keeping focused. She was very professional and accommodating to me despite a huge time difference. I found her services more useful and helpful than any lawyer in the United States. She is able to analyse a different country’s system of educational law, so I highly recommend her even if you aren’t based in the UK. She handles the cases directly and there is no delegation to another unknown lawyer which I really valued.  She is always prompt in replying to emails and managing the workload despite deadlines. She helped ease the burden of what I had to do in a deadline driven academic fight. I was under extreme pressure and honestly could not have completed what I needed to do without her. From looking at evidence with a critical eye to advising on who to seek for support, she is a woman of many talents. My school kept making my case seem bleak with no other options and that no other student had been successful in cases before. However, Dr. Cooper and I broke this supposed trend. It was the most surprising and satisfying feeling to know it had been a positive outcome. Most importantly I felt she really cared about me and my case. She was empathetic of how much emotion and high stakes were involved with my case. She was able to help me seperate myself from emotions and the work that sits pending. I wouldn’t have had the will to move forward and put myself in the right headspace without Dr. Cooper. There aren’t words to describe truly how she has helped. Thank you so much'.  PS

Second Year Dental Student on the BDS Programme studies terminated due to lack of satisfactory progress as failed resit the OSCE. By the time KM came to RT Coopers, KM had completed the University Internal Procedures. RT Coopers drafted the Complaint to the OIA on grounds of procedural irregularities and extenuating circumstances - Complaint upheld as justified - Complaint successful - Now a Dentist

'Thank you so very much for helping me through the most difficult time of my life, showing me that whatever happens, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, if you have the right people by your side. I felt that person was you Dr Rosanna Cooper and your colleagues at RT Coopers, helping and supporting me along the most perilous legal journey of my life. God Bless you! Thank you all so very much.  I would give an excellent rating of 5 Stars.' KM

Final year Pharmacy MPharm (Hons) student excluded after 5 years of studying pharmacy - accused of academic misconduct - extremely harsh penalty as this was a minor examination incident  - university had wrongly interpreted its regulations on academic misconduct – university took a tough stance – by the time RT Coopers were instructed it seemed that there was no chance of obtaining the MPharm - following face to face consultation with student to particularise the grounds of appeal, RT Cooper drafted stage 2 academic appeal against Panel's decision – RT Coopers guided the student to escalate the case as there were other factors that had to be explored at a higher level within the university in case such factors had impacted on the decision of the Panel  – RT Coopers continued to provide guidance and support throughout the whole process (sometimes it seemed bleak) – eventually the university changed its regulation as a direct result of this case in order to allow the student to have a final attempt at the exam in question (unprecedented) -  registration to the GPhC was also reinstated

'I would like to give a personal testimonial for the excellent service I received from RT Coopers.  I met Rosanna after I spoke with several solicitors. seeking legal help regarding my situation with the University.  With all the other solicitors/barristers I felt belittled by them but not with Rosanna Cooper.  Rosanna and her team made me feel welcome.  She understands me so perfectly that I feel she knew me for many years. Although Rosanna was friendly, she always remained professional.  Her attitude towards my case was honest and professional.  Despite the difficulties of my case and after the rejection of my appeal by the University, Rosanna offered support and faith.  From a situation where the University decision was to terminate my Registration, Rosanna transformed it into a successful appeal.  She worked exceptionally hard and paid attention to every small detail of my situation my registration was re-in-stated.  There were times when I rang Rosanna out of hours, but she was always on hand to listen and encourage.  I strongly recommend RT Coopers to students as I know they will not only make you feel welcome and important, through hard work and determination, you will have a greater chance of winning your case. Rosanna was an angel. Thank you so much Rosanna and God Bless You’Miss O.I.E.
